DHAKA: Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulating Commission (BTRC) offers terminated permit associated with 68 web provider providers (ISPs) as well as internet cafes.

Based on BRTC, the actual ISPs such as internet cafes
need to apply for restoration of their permit before the date associated with
expiration.
But, all those 68 companies such as internet cafes did not apply for restoration of their permit even after the actual date associated with expiration ended.
As per Bangladesh Telecommunication Act-2001, this can be a punishable offense which is why the actual commission rate came up with the actual move.
The actual companies had been purchased to pay all the costs within a 30 days, otherwise necessary legal action will be taken based on Bangladesh Telecommunication Act-2001 as well as General public Needs Recovery Act-1993, the actual purchase stated.
